(Expired) Free Red Zippo and Ashtray from Black & Mild

All I got offered was a coupon. then when I tried to get that I got an error...
 
I got the lighter and ashtray, after going thru everything I tried promos and it was not there then I clicked on home and the 2 packs of stogies popped up and the offer was below them......Hope that helps :bandit:
 
I click on home and see a coupon offer and then get a server error when I click that
 
Same here this morning...only a coupon offer in the bottom middle on my homepage is offered and when it is clicked it goes to an error screen every time I tried. I went into hubby's acct on his laptop & the same thing happened...
 
Got the coupon but don't see any VIP kit...I did get the # for consumer inquiries on B&M by a link...Here's their toll free # and time of operation.

I spoke to a Debbie who said it was first come first serve and it's now over due to high influx of people going online and claiming the offer. said it was for new and exisiting customers. Told her I'm a 10 yr existing customer (which we are) and she said sorry there was nothing she could do about it.
talk about POOR Customer service. Figured I'd let everyone know ...If anyone calls the # and gets one sent out..please post how you did it as I'll call back to them.

spoke with customer service and she said the promo was over and expired yesterday 5/18/11. I miss out on it too. But I told her that I wanted to make a comment to see if they can offer this promo again as it was all gone so fast. She will forward the info to the appropriate dept. if all of us call then maybe they can bring back. Wishful thinking.
