Click on Goodies on the main page. At the top click on perfume sample, and the form will come up. If they will ship this internationally it will be a nice freebie goodie bag.
 
I can't get it to come up after clicking on gifts.......darn it! I'll keep trying tho! Thanks :)
 
i am having the same problem once i hit gifts the screen does nothing i have even let it sit for 10 mins and nothing but thank you i also will keep trying:)

I just tried again and got right through. If the site comes up, click on Goodies, then on Gifts. Then click the top left picture that comes up, Sample of LuluCastagnette perfume and fill out the form. Good luck! :D
