What is Détente?
Détente is a new and unique cleanser and moisturizer for sensitive skin types. Détente is the first skin product to be developed around new discoveries in the area of the innate immunity of the skin. Détente has been created to “nurture” and “support” the innate immune system of human skin.
Détente is a cleanser and leave-on lotion that is offered as palliative support in the overall therapy of patients that have sensitive skin or chronic skin conditions with an allergenic underpinning such as Darier’s, eczema, atopic dermatitis, etc.
How should Détente be used?
Détente has been designed to be first used as a cleanser and then to be followed by a “leave-on” application. Détente should be applied twice daily...in the morning and again at night or as directed by your physician.
Détente can be used as a general body cleanser, providing the benefit of cleansing the skin, nurturing the production of natural antimicrobial peptides and retaining them on the skin surface. If other topical skin treatments are being prescribed by your physician, apply Détente before their application.
