Stressdots indicate relative stress level by changing color in response to a change in skin temperature. Skin temperature drops under stress as blood flow is redirected to the large muscle groups. Self-adhesive Stressdots are helpful in learning how to relax and augment any type of biofeedback since they are in use throughout the day. Great for groups and as "take home trainers". Each packet has 10 dots & instructions.
