I got the same thing because with the ratings system where you have to choose between 1-8, I had two numbers that were the same. When I made sure there were no matching numbers it went through.

You have to make sure that the ratings 1-8 are all different..I had the same thing happen to me..Go back & make sure that all numbers are different and it will go through. Use only one number, don't use the same thing for any question.
