Thanks for explaining how to access the form. I looked earlier today and gave up--didn't see anything to click on. Now I have some Wisk on the way.

Got a pouch of the Wisk HE today from Sam's Club. Hope the Walmart and Costco ones come as well. I've had a HE washer for a long time and never purchased HE detergent. Does it really make any difference?

Yes, if you use regular detergent it can mess up your washer. They told me when I got mine that if you use regular that if the bubbles got too high inside that they could mess up the electronics in the washer. Now I don't know if that's true or not, but that's what I was told.

Thanks, Crystal--I knew enough to avoid over-sudsing (my engineer husband told me to be careful), but I've never had any problems so far--I think nine years now. Maybe the newer models are even more sensitive than mine. I actually like a top-loader better and doubt that I'd buy a front-loader again--except for that steamer type that looks great in the commercials (Kelly Ripa). Anyway, I'll try the HE detergent very soon.
