Just saying :thinking: (won't know for 14 days), but the form does not seem :suspicious: to have the "routine" safeguards to limit the number of times you can request a sample :yesnod:.

I've received a "Thank you" confirmation for single character business name and various email addresses only using '(various combinations of characters)@(insert anything).com' when completing the form and did not get an email to legitimate email addresses I used confirming my request.
