(Expired) Free Steak Dinner at Outback Steakhouse Today

I hope you do not need a fancy expensive cell phone to get this . . . I live in a "dead zone" and don't have any of those new fangled things anyway . . . But I love Outback and have one not too far away.
 
On She Speaks, they also said it's for people who live within 25 MINUTES of an Outback. That's a little presumptuous of them--since the mode of transportation would certainly dictate how long it would take to get to their place--anyway, guess you can't order it for friends or relatives if they don't have an Outback in their area.
 
Wondering...Why wouldn't they would be encouraging those people who live a bit further, and who wouldn't neccesarily eat at their restaurant, to go there for a free (whatever it'll be)?? Maybe they get hooked on it and start becoming regulars?
Luckily, we have 2 in either direction within 20 mins.
 
I text the # and got a response.. OutBack:"Something big is coming and you are going to be the first to know! Be on the lookout for a special message from us on 8/24."
 
I'm guessing the site goes down at 9pm eastern/8pm central because of all the traffic, and then its a fiasco the next few days while they apologize and come up with some other method of distribution. Happened to KFC, and that was just over a free 2pc chicken meal. Imagine what happens over a free steak dinner.

I got in, right away, entered my zip & info...then get "Sorry Mate, only one steak per household" ???????? I waited all night to do this and this is what I get on the first try?? omg...
 
Mine said sorry mate only 1 per household on my first one??
