I used a virtual credit card number, Only authorized for $1.
If they try to charge anything over that, it won't go thru anyway.

Ordered thru Paypal, looks like it went through. Already have an ongoing sub to Wired so I hope this just gets added on.

I did same, but there was some fishy language implying that there may be a future charge. So I contacted PayPal via email.
