Just an FYI - Splenda is NOT made from sugar. It's very harmful for you. Anyone who uses it should read the documentation on the internet! I have a co-worker who was using it and we sat down one day and read on all of the sweeteners. I wasn't around earlier in the 20th century when there was a big fuss about DDT, but if anyone knows what it is, Splenda has the same chemical compound. Splenda has NO CALORIES because it's not a natural substance that your body can process. If your body could process it, it would not have Zero calories... :thumbs_do :eek:
