I received mine a few days ago. Nice cause. It came with some pink bracelets, a reusable pink tote, a wine opener, a recipe card and a few paper "ring tags" to go on wine bottles. All with the Sutter Home logo on them.

I got an e-mail from them some time ago, and they said they were sending me some stuff, but not the original items. Haven't received anything yet.
 
Due to the high volume of kits requested, we are behind schedule in shipping out the Night of Hope kits. All kits will be mailed out by October 27th, so they will be in route soon with most already on their way. If you entered all of the correct information, including your mailing address, when you signed up for your Night of Hope kit, then you should be receiving it soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
 
I live in CA and I just put the wrong state. They go by zip code and fix it when it ships. I got mine last week. I just started doing this and things HAVE been coming! try it next time.
 
I got my "you didn't win" package yesterday. Contained a pink rubber "hope" bracelet, 6 paper rings to put around your wine glass, recipe card, $3 rebate form for Sutter Home wine, Breast self exam guide and sutter home hope button.
 
I got an email from them yesterday. My kit will be deliver on Nov 4 by UPS it even include a tracking number.
 
I just got some useless stuff--same as slryn--I think last Saturday. A corkscrew would have been nice.
 
I got the mini kit. even thou I sign up for it on the first day.

Me too Slyrn. Gave the pink bracelet to my 4 year old and the rest to my trashcan. :rofl:
 
i got 1 bracelet some card things that i have no idea what to do with, a $1 coupon and a self check breast exam booklet :(
 
i got my kit but it only had one bracelet and one pin nothing else. i was hoping for some wine lol
