Edmonds Community College is giving out a free t-shirt. On the bottom, click on the link for their survey. After completing the survey, they will ask you to fill out a form to get a free t-shirt.
 
took the survey......apparently no more t-shirts.......

gah, they dont let you select the size. was gonna make this a party shirt
 
I just took the survey but it didn't say anything about a free t-shirt. :(
 
At the end of survey it says " Thank you We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. As a reward fill out the information below, and we'll send you a free t-shirt"
I just went back and took the survey again. I think this offer is still good.

As long as you filled out your name, address, and so on you should get one. The survey mentions the T-shirt on that particular form.

They only get one size.....it's called tent size or large.
