The t-shirt says "The Cat's Meow" on it.
Also, it is possible that you need to create a profile for your pet in order to qualify. Mine said that the tshirt was coming after I registered but some have stated that they had to do a profile. The profile only take about 2 minutes!!! You can also do this if you are already registered, just do another profile and you'll still qualify. :)

PS!!! Once I set up a page for my pet, it said I would recive a "Cat's Meow" T-shirt. I think you might have to make a page for your pet... maybe, that's what it sounded like to me.

By creating a profile for your pet on PetStyle, you'll be automatically entered into the PetStyle Free T-shirt Promotion.

Hmm maybe they changed the rules because when I registered it said that I'd receive the shirt after I put my info in. Maybe they now want people to have to work a bit for it?!

This line came after I just filled out the form - that shoukd suffice for registration
 
I created a profile. It looks like you need to for the shirt.

ladymez - It showed a pic of the shirt on the home page. IF that's true, it was white with orange writing.

Received my t-shirt yesterday. Very nice. Has THE CAT'S MEOW written across the front with www.petstyle.com underneath - white shirt with red writing. It's a medium though so I'll give it to my niece. Thanks again kbabe.:)

Got mine in the mail yesterday. Just like livetoride, mine was a med.
 
I got the dog "ruff" t-shirt a while back. and not long after that they sent me a bandana for my dog. then just about a week or two ago I got a nice tote bag in the mail from them. I only signed up for the t-shirt. So it was a real nice surprise. NICE POST!!!
