These seem to be back in stock, but is there a way to get them without shipping? Shipping is like 6.99 which makes it not worth it.
 
Back in stock, I didn't see anything about shipping.
Just scroll to the bottom & fill out the form. I think if you put the "free" item in the shopping cart you have to pay shipping.
