You do (did) not have to fill it out.

Also, they are closing that link on FB but keeping the email submission open until midnight. (no credit card info needed their neither)

Everyone - we are going to end the promotion now. We set out to give away 10,000 memberships today and the response was overwhelming. We are thrilled to have so many new ShopRunner Members and we are quite sure you will love the ShopRunner Experience.
