This ended yesterday...anybody hear if they got in yet?? I'm really hoping I get in this year, tried last year also, but didn't get into it...

I haven't heard anything back on this! I don't think anyone has yet.

The site says the promotion is over. The rules state they would select 1,000 people on Nov. 15th to host a cookie exchange. Did anyone here get selected?

Haven't heard anything yet, I have been searching for some info myself.
I read on a few forums that the hosts who were chosen last year were never notified, the cookie exchange packages just showed up one day.
Their FB page only says the deadline was the 15th also...and that if chosen you will receive your package. I'd rather know one way or the other, I don't really want to plan something that might not happen...

yeah last year i got the package but never was notified. My cookie jar came damaged and they very quickly replaced it via fedex! :) I hope i get to do it again.
This year i signed up hubby and my daughter at their addresses. Hoping one of us will be selected! :)

Oh, interesting. Thanks for the update. Wish they would send out emails one way or another. It just seems like good public relations.

Anyone get their 2011 acceptance or rejection letter yet? I haven't heard one way or the other!

Got the reject info...

No cookie party for us this year...well, no FREE one anyhow... CONGRATS to all the bakers that got in, have fun!

saw the emails should arrive by 11/30. I thought I applied for this, but no word yet.

Some people did on another board. assumption is if you hadn't heard by now you're not getting in on it.
also a lot of denial emails went out. I never got a denial or a congrats email so who knows? I figure if I'm in it'll show up , if not no biggie there's always next year. I got in the first year this was going on. Had a nice cookie jar instead of an apron. I have enough aprons from House Party Parties I've done so don't need another. But would've been fun. I'll still probably host a cookie exchange w/ the women of my church and also my friends and family. Should be a lot of fun and you don't necessairily need this but the ingredients for free would've been nice!: )
