can i ask why? HP seems to have a huge market but i have never owned one. i have a gateway/emachines right now that worked great. i want a desktop replacement laptop and this seems to fit the bill.

I've had some problems with HP equipment and had some terrible experiences with their support to add on to it when I was doing PC support. Just couldn't care less for their customers at all (in my opinion).
