Dear JCPenney Customer,

We would like to welcome you to JCP Rewards, our new loyalty program. It's our way of giving back to you in return for the business you give us.

We've designed JCP Rewards to make enjoying the benefits of membership as easy for you, our Customer, as possible:

1. You won't need to carry another membership card
2. You won't need to tell us your phone number every time you shop
3. You will automatically earn points for your purchases whenever you use your registered credit and debit cards
4. Your points can add up to a $10 JCP Rewards Certificate every month.

Enjoy your first $10 JCP Rewards Certificate as our special welcome gift to you!

To get started, click the get your reward button below. Create your membership profile and register the cards you shop with at JCPenney. From here, you'll also print your $10 JCP Rewards Certificate. Then, check back each month to see what's new – we think you'll find this a very rewarding experience.

Sincerely,

Greg Whaley
JCPenney Director of Loyalty

still no good

registered my wife to see what would happen and again nothing. In the 3rd column there is nothing there for a coupon. It clearly stated that I have 0 points and need 250 to receive a coupon. Maybe it has something to do with the cc. It is a card that I have never used because I only use it for stuff like this. I will be curious to watch as others try and see how they make out. Thanks again,

I just emailed customer service for an explanation.
