Do you mean the form for the Maxx Wear polish that comes up if you click details? I looked at that, but it said for UK.

Just a funny to share: I'm working on the day of the Marc Anthony giveaway and their form was up so I completed and sybmitted it (hey, what the heck, right?) ---- The form wouldn't submit and an error message came up saying I am on their BLACK LIST! :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: Guess they're on to me! :theyareon I'll never be able to show my face in public again --- oh, the shame! :faint:
