I was amazed to see 360s standing still at Sam's Club yesterday. I think the bundle was $440ish. I do not know what came with it. A few games I assume. *shrug* I reckon they overcame their *cough* supply demands.

I bought my bundled Xbox at Sams Club, It does not come with any games but it comes with 2 wireless controllers as well as the charger for the rechargeable battery.
 
i got the core system a while ago and it had a bug in it so i sent it back and they sent me a brand new one. when i got the good one back i called them up and said that they never sent my hard drive back (which i never had to begin with) and they sent me a new hard drive for FREE! i like the core system better because the wireless controller is horrible and i don't need the HD cable so it all worked out good.
 
What kind of problem did you have with the wireless controller? The reason I ask is that I had a problem with my first system where it always lose connection with either one of my wireless controllers. After taking everything out of the equation (example, 2.4ghz cordless phones, wireless router, dsl modem) the problem still happened so Microsoft Support said that the problem is either with the controllers or the unit so I took it all back to where I bought it since it was within the 30 days and exchanged them for another one and have not had the problem since.

when i played halo 2 it would freeze all the time. I bought the 2 year extended plan from microsoft for $50 and i advice anyone to do so as well because you never know with this thing!

Amazing how they always seem to have JUST ENOUGH available to increase demand, and then a few months after christmas, suddenly a press release "Microsoft to triple xbox 360 shipments" comes out. Then, there's a big stack of them everywhere.

its a good idea especially since the out of warranty repair itself is like $137.99 or so. JUST FOR ONE REPAIR!!!

2 Yr warranty is a must have.
