(Expired) Neutrogena Soap Dish & Cosmetic Facial Brush (phone-in)

I just got off the phone with them, and they said they would send me my Soap Dish & Cosmetic Facial Brush within 7-10 business days. Call 1-800-582-4048 (live operator), press 0, and tell them you're interested in the free Soap Dish & Cosmetic Facial Brush offer. They require a name, address, and a daytime phone number. :claps:

(Call after 11am EDT)

I just called and it said their offices are closed. WhenI tried to just press 0, it said it did not understand my command. Guess I will call tomorrow. Thanks.

Thanks for the post! I will call in the morning! :bigok:

:( I just call them and they said there are not giving Soap dich...

EXPIRED - The operator told me they ran out of this/other free samples. Thanks anyway! I gave the operator my info so they can mail me offers in the future.

Copied from another baord:

"WARNING:

I just called in and the woman asked where I had heard about this..I said a friend told me about it. She said it is from a fraudulent email not sponsored by nutragina. She was really rude and treated me like I was trying to "pull a fast one"....Ughhh!"

The woman I just spoke with was really kind and put me on the waiting list.

Well, they're wrong. I posted it after *I* called last night. The young lady I spoke to was named Amber. Your customer service rep was misinformed.

(I don't mean to be snippy with you, Krisp. I just don't appreciate being called a liar by their customer service rep.)

I called and was put on their waiting list for future samples, and the operator said I would be receiving a coupon for Rembrandt.

That's what I thought was so weird- you had JUST called! And looking at the variety of responses, I would say something definitely is *weird* here!

I was told by Kimmy that they were out of the dishes and offered a coupon and put on there mailing list for future products.

I just called and the operator was REALLY nice. She said she'd send me a $3.00 off coupon for Rembrandt products.

Too bad I can't somehow edit the subject of the post so that it says "Expired" :(

Ellie,
Thanks again for the post. I bet Neutrogena is the kind of company that will try to satisfy as many customers as is possible.

BTW your avatar is too cute. LOL

You can flag your own thread ;) Per Kage_'s sticky above:

"If you find a Freebie that isn't valid any more you can click on the Red Triangle and report the post is no longer valid. This will alert the moderators to update the thread."

Thanks, I did not know that. I thought the red triangle was "ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts." I've flagged it. :bigok:
