A month ago they had a $10 off $10 using a merchandise certificate on another forum and everyone got charged the full amount for their orders anyway, even though the order said the $10 was taken off. Stay away!!

works but

you have to pay shipping and they charge a separate handling fee so my order ended up being $2.98 after the $10 off, couldn't find the free lotion though??

last time i did newport news they charged me full price and I had to tell them and wait to get my $$ back! Thanks but i'll pass on this one. Took 5 days for them to put my $$ back into my account.
 
Maybe I just have not enough patience right now, but I did not see where "use merchandise certificate" and where to put code in for free lotion.

Sorry to hear that. I got a shipping confirmation and they only charge my card .92 cents. The code is valid until September 24 if u want to use it. I ordered twice. Thank you
 
I tried again but it's not taking that code! Oh well figured i'd try one more time but it's not working. I tried it's saying that the merchandise code is invalid!
