I purchased it. Then I clicked on the PRINT REBATE link and Amazon pulled up an offer from APRIL for a $20 back on a cooling fan? :argh:
After monkeying around I figured out if I used the little DOWN ARROW link, it seemed to pull up the right page. That form told me to go to the 4myrebate.com site and complete the forms.
On that site it says WHAT IS THE OFFER NUMBER? I entered OCZ-7309 (which was on the rebate form) and it comes back with this:
The page cannot be displayed Please try the following:
* Contact the Web site administrator if you believe this directory should allow execute access.
ACK!!~ :mmph:
Then I try to SEACH by offer numbers- the OCZ-7309 is IN the list, but the button that says CLAIM
DOES NOTHING!!?
I canceled the order. The feedback at AMAZON on OCZ service and rebates was terrible:
Be prepared to wait until the end of time for your $30. I bought an OCZ power supply and RAM in early March and it is still listed as "approved and processing" on their web site.

their support also sucks. I bought a memory card from them to go with a camera I bought my wife for xmas. Card went bad after three/four months, I got an RMA for it, they told me they didn't have the same card in stock but had a different one with similar specs and wanted to know if that would be okay. I said yes, and then over a month went by after they received my card and they still hadn't shipped the replacement. I sent them some hate mail and they immediately dispatched a 4G thumb drive to me instead of my SD Card. I sent them some more emails, and they simply said they don't have either the same memory card as I had, nor the one they said they'd replace it with, so they replaced it in kind. I'm still not sure how to insert a thumb drive into my SD card slot. OCZ sucks.
