beware of rebates

maybe it will sell out fast to all those suckers who haven't yet gotten ripped off by the rebate scams out there; I don't buy things based on the great rebate anymore... just a thought...

I've received dozens of rebates on things I've purchased over the years. Only once did I not get a rebate I was supposed to. I wrote it off as a "lost in the mail." Things like that do happen. Even if a rebate does fail to arrive once in a while, I still come out way ahead anyway based on all the rebate deals I have received.

Besides, this particular item is a good deal even without the rebate.
