I tried to add 2 to my cart @7.99 and it added but it froze up my order then each time i went back and tried to reorder it subtracted 1 from each order till it said no more at that price ,i called cust. service and he said thru amazon its $7.99 and there is 1800 available at that price so its a technical problem and will tell technician to fix ,so give it some time!
