This sounds like a contest.

3. Five-hundred winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on or about November 1, 2009. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail and/or by email on or about November 10, 2009. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. Five-hundred winners will receive one sample-sized Biolage rejuvathérapie Shampoo, one sample-sized Biolage rejuvathérapie Intensive Masque, and one ELLE –branded comb. Approx. retail value (“ARV”): $30. All prizes will be awarded.

Received this today. Very nice but don't see how it could be a rv $30.00.

I agree was expecting a full size product for this to be worth $30..was only worth $4 at most and that's if you're giving the Elle come a $2 value! LOL!
