Wow, very articulate! I'm an SBC customer, and this is my response :confused:

a few reasons why it maybe isn't working

- have to be registered first
- if you've moved & previously registered with another phone number, use the old number
- SBC has a glitch in their system

one thing to try is checking your email account (the one you used when you registered with SBC). There was an email message for this promo in my account. Hopefully you can use the link in the message they sent to take this survey.

Well says I'm not a customer either, nor my parents or my sister. Does that mean we shouldn't pay the bill now? If I'm not a customer who's bill am I paying on? Someone owes me something here LOL. Think it's one of SBC's gliches. Hey they deal with phones not puters.

I had the same problem as mwalker208.
I am a SBC member for years. :confused:
 
I got a message that said this is not available in Connecticut yet. :(

I had no problem at all.
You need to be registered first in their website I guess
www.sbc.com

another thing to try is to call SBC -- they may have your registration info mixed up (wrong SSN, wrong phone number, etc)

SBC customers need to register in the REFERAL program

You need to register in their referal program before you can take the survey. Being a SBC customer does not mean you are registered.

For me it says this survey is not available for CT residents...BOO
 
You also have to realize that you will mailed and emailed like crazy.
 
heads up! these are starting to arrive in the mail. plain white envelope with "SBC" noted on the return address. :)
 
i guess the survey doesn't work no more, after registering, i entered in my number in the survey link and it links me to the page where I had the option of signing up for a referral, but no survey...
