The complimentary beauty voucher entitles the bearer to one treatment per person, two(2) per household, indicated under each listing, specified by the participating salon, listed on the rewards Web site.
This offer is subject to availability.
All repeat visits will cost full price.
The bearer of the voucher must call their chosen salon in advance, quoting the 'MasterCard/TLC' voucher, to schedule an appointment for the listed beauty treatment.
The bearer of the voucher may not use another TLC beauty treatment voucher in conjunction at the same venue.
On arrival at the salon, the voucher must be handed over.
Anyone accompanying the voucher holder must pay the regular price for their service.
Participating salons are all contracted to participate in the complimentary beauty offer. The promoter, TLC Marketing, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any beauty salon subsequently declining acceptance of vouchers for any reasons of their own.
Participating beauty salons reserve the right to vary times and availability (e.g. Public Holidays). Some participating salons have restricted times on the availability of the offer.
Photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
The voucher has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
The promoter, TLC Marketing, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of this voucher, are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at featured beauty salons, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality or availability of featured venues.

View your e-card and there will be something at the end that lets you go into the offer, then you will enter the code in there when you put in your address.

Thanks that was awesome! I sent one to myself for golf and am sending to my dad (he doesn't know anything about computers) so he will have a nice surprise in the mail.

Maybe I didn't do it right, but it didn't ask me for friends' mailing addresses, only their e-mails. Sent a spa cert to a friend and the two-for-1 dining to DH. Does anyone know what rest are included? Nice Post!
