Tried to order and got out of stock.
Could be regional, but this appears to be back in stock now

It's available in the Dallas area, but I'm at a loss as to what to do with 10 pencil sharpeners?!?!

how do you submit 10 easy rebates for staples online?

OMG sharpening 10 pencils at the same time has always been a dream of mine :D

you don't have to buy 10 of them

I just purchased 2 of them - and still got the free CD player...I am thinking a $50 purchase before coupons is all you need...worked to me!!

yay it worked.

I hope these rebates come. I bought the velocity products from amazon from a post here over a month ago and when I e-mail them, they still say they can't find my mailed in rebates in their records, and yet their location is like an hour drive from my house......it's horrible....... that's why I HATE MAIL IN REBATES!!!

didn't worked!

I later got a call from them stated coupon works on order for $100 or more so they on my response, cancelled the order. Not lucky this time...((

Did you add the extra filler to make the total $100?

I got it all here in Michigan and the rebate is very simple all paperless Love it. Never have any trouble with Staples and also I'm a reward member so earn money back that way as well. Cost me less then 7 bucks with the filler and tax. TY.

I would think so if you ordered it 6 days later. I was lucky and ordered last night. A handful of things that may help the folks here:

1. I didnt' have to add the filler to get the coupon to work.
2. I got 10 of the sharpeners and the shipment will be delayed until 9/2/05.
3. The rebate still applies to the purchase date, not when they shipped.
4. The rebate automatically applies to all sharpeners. In other words you only have to submit 1 rebate for all 10. If you try to submit more it tells you that the rebate is taken care of for all other qualifying remaining items. That's pretty nice.
5. I have never had a a problem with Staples rebates. They truly are easy.

I wonder with staples having all of these "free after rebates" online...how do they make money to support themselves?

What a deal!!! :claps: I ordered the ten sharpeners and the CD player Friday and they showed up today. I've also received confirmation from Easy Rebate that my rebate is being processed for 10 sharpeners. My filler was a 69 cent pakc of paper clips. Not bad, 9 cents, plus tax, for everything!!! My girls have already claimed two sharpeners each. One for the desk in their rooms and one for the school lockers. :bigok:

Ok I spoke too soon on this one. Get this. Staples shipped 1 stapler and cancelled the order for the other nine w/o asking me about it first. Then when I called I actually spoke to a customer support manager that said "that's the way we do things around here". They didn't offer the chance to put them back on the order even if it meant delaying the order. That was a big waste of time. I emailed their customer support about it. I encourage anyone else experiencing problems to do the same so they know that is not acceptable.
