There is a location not too far from me. My husband loves root beer so will try to go to this one :)

I have one about 5 min down the road. I will have to try to remember the kids will like it

Believe it or not we actually have a Sonic here in Middleburg, FL

Im in Middleburg Fl too!! Its getting to be a big town. Publix, home depot, lowes!!!!!
Have to tell my son and his girlfriend about the free floats!!!!!!!!

I love their rootbeer floats so will
be going there tomorrow. Thanks for
the info on this.:)

We have like 4 here, so maybe I should make the rounds and get like 4 of them?

How can I live in one of the biggest cities in the world and my nearest Sonic is 61.3 miles away :(

There is a Sonic in the town just North of me and they are building one in the town just South of me.

Not gonna miss this one... Free float and a $1 Jr. Fritos Chilli Cheese Wrap --- YUMMY!!! :druel::druel: :clap:

Man I really wanted that float so I sent my husband to Sonic after sending him to walmart he came back empty handed from Sonic he said the line was backed up almost a block. So I talked him into going back to walmart to get a gallon of ice cream and rootbeer . I figure by the time we buy three more rootbeer floats it will be close to the price of the ice cream and rootbeer. Now I dont have to wait a hour or more to get my Rootbeer fix :yesnod::teeth:

They were very organized, had 4 employees outside literally just giving everyone that drove up Root Beer floats. The line moved quickly, and was well managed. Well done Sonic!

Same with the one here... They did a great job! We ended up with 2 a piece, but we did buy other food, so they did OK :teeth: :druel:

I felt bad for the employees. They were well organized and clearly told people where to pull in if they were there just to get the root beer floats and which way to go for food but people are angry, greedy and always in a hurry. The poor GM was standing in the parking lot directing traffic in the rain while kids on skates got yelled at because cars with only two people in them wanted three or four root beer floats. Some fat angry woman with a van full of small children (at 10:30 P.M.) tried to cut directly across and in front of about 8 other cars waiting in the correct spot for their floats and was honked out of the parking lot.

My local Sonic did a horrible job. I got there at 9:30, pulled into a spot, and was told they were out of the free floats, HOWEVER, I could purchase the larger size. What???

It was crazy at our local Sonic - but they did well considering. My kiddos were happy with their "late night" (9pm) treat :)

We went a little early and had dinner and before we finished we had already been asked if we wanted a free float....There was even a police officer directing trafic but it went real smooth:)
