I know this comment probably won't mean much because the deal is expired anyway. However, I just felt compelled to let you know what happened to me. My father used this deal to order this PS3 as a Christmas gift this year. Despite the coupon code working upon checkout and the PS3 showing a price of $319.99 he was charged the full $399.99 on his card. Even though he has a printout showing that he ordered the PS3 on 12/13, before the deal expired, that show a total price of $346.39 he was charged full price on his card. After two hours on the phone with "customer service" and speaking with six different representatives, only one of which spoke English competently, he was basically told there was nothing they could do and he received the item so he should be happy.
I naturally told him to send the item back but he doesn't even know if he can trust Dell to refund the total amount once they receive the item.
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I was considering a Dell laptop purchase in the near future but obviously that won't be happening now.
