Beware!

I was going to go buy this as I live in a dorm, but when i looked up the reviews alot of people had a problem with it; the lock combination would change for some reason or other and they would have to just cut it off. Didn't happen to everyone, but a lot of the users...
 
When i clicked on the link, it shows the price is $29...is there some other coupon code you need to get the $9 price?
