No you have to fill out 2 forms. I can never get past the stupid contact lens form!
 
I think they mean you have to fill in the email addreses... I have done the same forms for eyeliner and I received it.
 
I couldn't get past the contact lenses either?! Thank you for the post though.
 
I end up stopping at the contact lenses too, hmmmmm?
oh well. Sometimes ya gotta work hard for these freebies!
 
I entered my email address and stopped at the contact lenses too, but they just sent me an email that wanted me to enter my address so that they can send me the calendar~~I have recieved several things from them~~I guess as long as you enter your email address they will contact you~:wave:
 
I just got the email with the link for my shipping info.:)
