My son, his gf, and I all went to the local Buick dealer and got our test drive certified without even getting behind the wheel. Now we just wait for the 50 bucks. I have done other test drive deals and found them to be reliable.

I hate driving behind buicks. They should be regulated to the right lane and have a timer that automatically shuts the turn single after 60 seconds or one mile.

We went yesterday. The gentleman didn't make us drive either. He just completed the certificate! Cool.

Stopped by the Buick dealership today (the last day possible) with my email confirmation printout... sales lady looked at my email... then took me for a test drive... demonstrated the Onstar turn by turn navigation... took me back to the dealership... sent me on my merry way... didn't even have to mail anything in - they said they would send it all in for me... looking forward to my $50 Amex reward card in a few weeks... one of the easiest $50 I ever made...
