when i went in last weekend to buy a tissue paper for the face they gave me s h i t for it can you believe that i've had three different employees give me trouble, one said they dont honor it without email address so she didn't take it even when i said i'll write it down, the other one said this coupon has been passed around so many time that they are taking it down and that people are taking advantage of it WTF?!?! :28: like they aren't taking advantage of us with their overpriced items thats worth nothing. the manager told me that i had to buy a second item in order to use the coupon i was just amazed by their customer service. i made her call another store and i talk to the manager over the phone and she told me you can buy one whatever the price is only if its over $10. can you believe this?! i hate that store i hope they go out of business i'm so mad, why do they advertise something but never train their staff? this stuff happens all the time, what happened to customer loyalty?? customer is always right? keep your customers happy?? all of that went down the drain when businesses like that got too big for themselves. i had to share. i hope the rest of you have a better experience than what i've been through.
