Good luck with this, 2 weeks ago my friends waited in line at a Walmart from at 4am in freezing temps. They were sixth in line (so 5 crazy people were there BEFORE 4am...)

Last week when they advertised Bestbuy, Circuit City and Target to have the Wii in stock, they all sold out that morning. I went to Meijer at 1 PM and got two! If I had the money, I would've gotten all 6 left in stock.

Man, I got really lucky last night at midnight at Walmart. I was just about to head to bed around 11 p.m. when I checked spoofee once more. The first item that popped up was the one about the Wiis at Walmart. I called them to see what the line was like, and they said they had 15 for sale and only 4 people in line. Then they told me they were selling them at midnight so I rushed over and got the 8th ticket. They were all sold out by 12:30 a.m. too. Pretty lucky eh?

Blame Nintendo for releasing too few to meet demand. If you could go to walmart and get a wii for $250 any time, they wouldn't be selling for $300+ on ebay and tempting people to buy more than one for an easy profit.

Nintendo is actually smart. I dont agree with it but because of all of this it creates a buzz for the system meaning more sales later. Its all buisness but yeah I agree for the common person like me who wants it it sucks. I got lucky last week and didnt even have to wait too long at target.

my bro got one today. they started selling them at 8am, they had 17, he was 5th in line. they are really hard to get around my area so we got lucky.

If a scalper buys a ticket for himself and an extra ticket to scalp, more power to him. Yes, if he buys 6 extra then he's a douche.

Wii's are not too hard to find in Los Angeles. Was at the santa anita mall yesterday. This mall has both EBgames and Gamestop at opposite corners of the mall. I went inside EBgames...practically no one there at 11am... There were 8 units of Wii behind the counter. The clerk said "want a Wii?" I said no thanks.... Then I went to Gamestop....same situation. 8 Wii units out in the open, and no one fighting for them. I am actually looking for some old PS2 games, so not there to buy a Wii.
