Sorry, I didn't try this one out because I don't have one. I wonder why yours didn't work... Is there a place to email them?

Actually, looking at the form, where is the space for the serial number? The space marked as phone/cell is the highlighted space when it gives the message to enter a valid model number. I tried model numbers I found online but nothing worked. Sorry...

Thanks BNSFLMNOP. I have a Nikon Coolpix 995 which I paid a hundred million dollars for. But I guess I should have spent that extra 50 cents to get a Serial Number they would recognize.

I think I am gonna call Nikon because I deserve a free bag doggone-it! LOL
 
when i click on the link , the page get's opened only from address line ,i'm not able to see the name and other details in the front....do u guys have the same problem:(
