Faked Beheading

I read that article earlier today. I almost wonder that it is pointless to charge him of a crime.
 
Did any else watch Bill Maher with the Ronco Head Saver, just latch it on and forget about it, with cell phone holder. Guaranteed to save you from being beheaded.
