fyi, my 250gb fantom drive crapped out in 1 year

I got this the last time this combination came around.

Installed virtually instantaneously although I followed the directions and reformatted with NTFS.

So far its doing great as a back up drive.

Office Depot has a Maxtor 750 GB for $169.99 (Item #484785 - no rebate). OOS in a lot of areas but OfficeMax (Item #21222990, $279.99) will do a price match. Not as large but a little less $. Cheaper if you calculate $/MB
