They do have a contact on the page I just sent this to them:
Back on 10/21/2009 I came across this promotion for a Recipe Holder Promotion by sending my name, address and age. I then Mailed my card to Food Network Magazine/Viva Giveaway, P.O. Box 9221, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071. This offer is valid for the 48 contiguous states. I spoke to several of my friends who I mentioned this to and nobody has heard a thing. Is there a way I can get a copy of the winner's list b/c I find it very had to believe that several of my friends entered including myself the day it broke I mailed it off immediately and yet NOT ONE friend of mine ever received a thing. I'd really appreciate an answer as I've been a VERY LOYAL VIVA consumer. I'd hate to think ill of a company I've raved about for years. Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me.

So for those of you who didn't get it perhaps you should do what I did and email them! Can't hurt and I did get a response and will be getting the receipe holder! :teeth:
