Wonder if it's already been pulled. Hoping maybe it's just not up yet.
 
Just found this on their FB page:

The free sample tab is currently is down, but will be up shortly. We are making some adjustments! For those who liked the page, you will qualify for a free sample even if the 10k mark is reached.
 
Now from FB:

We're very sorry but our Free Sample promotion is temporarily unavailable. Our promotional link was being used by spammers which resulted in thousands of unauthorized promo entries. We have to separate those who liked the page and those who spammed the promotional form. We are working to resolve this issue and will restart the Free Sample Promo as soon as we can.

The link above didn't work for me, but I went to their FB page, and the tab there is working. Hooray for lemon pepper spices!
