I checked with Staples at 1-800-333-3330 and they say it's out of stock everywhere. Too bad otherwise this was a great deal!
 
Rebate is good through 3/31/07... maybe they will get more in stock??? I hope! Amazon overall rating is 3.5/5 stars from 7 reviews.
 
Used a 30 off 150 card I had and got it for $58 AR. May not be a great GPS, but for that price, I will be will to put up with some shortcomings.
 
is this available for pick up from stores? any one tried ?
 
I tried picking it up at two local stores, and had the clerk check all of the other stores in the Metro Washington DC area. Not a one to be found. No idea whether it will be coming back into stock or not.

Appears to be available again - I just ordered one. Based on the reviews, I don't see anything that would indicate that this GPS has any more deficiencies than any other "budget" priced GPS system. They all have their minor flukes, but for less than $100, it's a good deal. The rebate doesn't have to be submitted for 30 days, so you have time to try the GPS out, see how it works, and then return it if it doesn't work right before submitting the rebate. It's worth the shot.
 
Well, forget that - back to being "out of stock". I haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail yet, so I'm expecting a "sorry..." e-mail any time now. :mad:

My link shows a price of $299 with a $100 rebate available. Am I missing something here?
 
this is a great deal...but i guess i'm a day late. on-line price indicates 299 before rebate.
 
Bad Gps

This GPS is just what you get for the price. it tries to be too much rather than concentrating on being just a GPS. It is extremely slow and doesn't work most of the time. Had to replace this with a higher end model just to get me around town.
