FISHER PRICE MOM'S KNOW FREE DVD w/ 2 MIN SURVEY CHECK EMAILS
I just checked my email and received an email from Mom's Know (Fisher Price) survey.
It's for kids 3-5 yrs old.
took the survey and put 3 yr old girl. Put 2 hrs of tv per day. etc.
After taking the 2 min survey it asked if I wanted to receive a FREE DVD of a show and of course I said yes!
So check emails it's email specific and a followup email will be coming for you to fill out.
