(Fixed) Non-Active members

Is there a way to filter out non-active members if they have no activity in a certain amount of time? I have been looking around and found several that have been idle for years such as todays birthday person and the next days birthday people.

Great idea MadonnaP and vBulletin had a configuration to do that.

If an user has not posted for 1 year, they are considered inactive and inactive member's birthdays won't show up
