Of course there are some terms to the deal but it's really
easy like use your debit card for 8 or more purchases, etc.
 
with TD Bank I think you will not get it for free - first you need maintain $100 balance on your account and also "The retail value of the Flip will be reported as interest income to the IRS in the form of a 1099-INT. ", so the same ~$140.
 
Check the minimum requirements for using this and make sure your computer has them or you won't be uploading anything.
