If you are throwing a party to celebrate your 25th wedding anniversary or 25th birthday, Cape Cod Chips would like to provide chips for your event. Below read the rules to see how to enter:

25th Celebration Snack Pack Rules

1. In order to qualify for our 25th Celebration Snack Pack, you must be celebrating your 25th birthday or silver wedding anniversary.

2. This offer begins on July 1, 2005 and ends July 1, 2006. All requests must be postmarked by the end date.

3. To enter, send your name, (UPS) shipping address, estimated number of attendees, and date of the event along with written proof of the birthday or wedding celebration to the following address or fax:

Written proof can be anything that objectively verifies the date of your event. Listed here are examples of acceptable verifications: wedding certificate, birth certificate, newspaper announcement, party invitation. Please do not send original documents, as Cape Cod will not return any material submitted.

4. Only one entry per person will be honored.

5. Cape Cod will use your information only for the purpose of verifying your request and shipping your products. Our use of and protection of your information will be in accordance with the Cape Cod Privacy Policy. While we will take reasonable efforts not to permit disclosure of the material, please take care in choosing the material sent to us.

Still Going On

This is still valid til July 2006
 
my 25th bday is in august...do i still qualify?
 
I did this and got a box for my mom's 75th Bday party. I wrote them saying that 75 was just 25 x 3! :D

They sent all individual size BBQ flavor. A lot of people really liked them! Not me... I'm not one for BBQ, but still! They were really nice to send them!
