Forecast Path for Radiation Plume

What's the buzz in Cali?

Are they taking this serious or brushing it off? in denial?
 
How in the world does it start a plume in the western U.S. on March 17 at 2AM with nothing around it?
 
I see that. Perhaps the plume gathers at that point (in the circulating stream) and increases it's levels where prior it was below the levels? :hmmmm:

Not sure how that works. :noidea:
 
Nevermind, I figured it out. It was the after effects of the double-bean chipotle burrito I had.
