A. SALES SAMPLES:
Although sampling is an expensive method of marketing, Branding Iron Foods (BIF) has chosen to offer, for a limited time, 1 free 2 ounce sample of either Blazin’-Hot or Smokin’-Hot Stuff on request on the following terms & conditions:
1. Any person requesting a free sample to taste-test must first click on “Contact Us” and submit a customer inquiry form specifying which sauce the customer is requesting.
2. BIF will review all valid sample requests for final approval.
3. Samples will be sent via parcel post. BIF will not be responsible for samples damaged or lost in shipment.
4. Due to the expense and effort required to implement sampling, the maximum number of samples sent monthly will be limited to 500.
5. Sample requests that are in excess of the 500 limit will remain on the “Sample Request List” for filling on a future month’s quota on a first come – first serve basis. Any person desiring more expeditious delivery of samples is strongly encouraged to purchase product through the “Company Store”.
6. Due to the labor intensive nature required by BIF management to handle incoming letters and e-mails, inquiries about a person’s standing on the “Sample Request List” will not be answered.
7. Only one free sample will be made available per household.
8. Samples provided are for the sole use of the inquiring party.
9. Recipients are expressly prohibited from reselling said sample.
10. BIF reserves the right to refuse any request for a sample, without cause.
11. BIF reserves the sole right to alter and/or terminate the sampling program
at any time without notice to persons still on the “Sample Request List”.
12. The free sample offer is available only to residents of the continental United States.
