Does anyone know if you can still redeem the Birthday $5 offer for cash? I have always done this in the past, but can't seem to figure it out this year. They may have removed that option. Got my code the other day (for Jan. 8th birthday).

Thanks! I guess you guys don't know how to redeem the gift card. As I said, maybe it can't be done anymore. Got a lot of my other birthday goodies this week--Godiva, Au Bon Pain, Moe's (changed now to must buy a drink to get a free meal), Ben & Jerry's, Ulta, Sephora, TCBY. Still have to get Baskin Robbins, CVS and Starbucks. I think that's all I'm doing, although there were other offers...just mostly buy one get one free deals.
 
I didn't get a birthday gift from Godiva last month like I did last year. just got my free piece of chocolate. what did you get?

There should be a $10 credit on your account. You don't need any email--just ask them if it's there. I had $10 good on anything in the store (got five of the small bars for free). Good for your birthday month.
 
I was hoping to have a credit towards a purchase because they had a nice sale going on when I was in last month after christmas. it would have been nice. I hope the credit is still there.

Your credit will be for the entire month of your birthday. Make sure you are set up for e-mail notifications. Also, they occasionally send catalogs via snail mail and once in a great while there will be a coupon in there for $10 off a purchase. You can go online into your account and it will list the rewards that are available for you along with the dates they are good for.

I believe you can only get the $10 during your birthday month. so you may be out of luck if your b'day was in Dec.

Re my orig. problem, I called magazines dot com at 800-624-2946, and was able to redeem my $5 Gift Card for cash by going to magazines dot com/redeem and clicking on "online form." I just think they changed something on the site this year. Anyway, I ordered my check.
