Didn't qualify :sad: but then again, I don't know much about this stuff anyway...
 
made it all the way through and going to be sent follow up survey
 
My advice is to actually peruse the site, looking up actual parts for things you really have, like a Kenmore appliance, or Craftsmen tools, etc. It will help you know how to answer the questions.

They offered me the option of getting only the $5 dollar gc, or get the $5 as well as having a follow up survey sent for an additional $10!!!

I made it thru the survey but i order from sears parts alot for all my Kenmore appliances. The response i got after finishing the survey was this:

Your opinion is very valuable to us. In addition to the $5 you just earned we would like to contact you in approximately one week and ask you to participate in a follow-up survey. As a token of our appreciation we are offering an additional $10 reward for completing the follow-up survey. Your answers and your email address will remain strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only.

I opted to take the followup survey in another week for the extra $10.

when i use your link say that i have already completed survey, no i haven't.
 
tried going in on my own no survey appeared, even when i went back to your original link.

When you click on the original link posted here by Glitter when that page comes up click on the tab at the top of the page that says partsdirect, there should be a popup in the middle of the page asking you if you want to participate in the survey. Hope that helps you out!!:)

thanks when i tried that it said that i had already completed the survey, i think it is user specific, will try again though, thanks.
 
Check your emails if you qualified for this and opted to receive the $10 survey. This survey is a lot quicker to do than the original one!Took me about 10 minutes
